Arrival Agency has thrown one of the largest, but arguably the classiest New Years Eve parties at The Hotel Vancouver for the last several years. They take over the entire ballroom floor which consists of six main rooms that run concurrently, with dozens of DJs and performers taking to the stage through the night.
With the incredible amount of people that showed up, we were shooting nearly non-stop through the multiple rooms, which made the countdown to midnight come that much quicker. It’s easy to lose track of time, so the three hours we were on site felt like twenty minutes. These are the best events to take part in because when the organizers and guests are so much fun, it hardly feels like work at all.
